PHOENIX, Nov. 6, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Russo Modular has completed the first 7 Brew Coffee drive-thru in Visalia, California, marking a significant expansion for the coffee chain. The 1,056-square-foot drive-thru, featuring Russo Modular's L-shaped, milk-side configuration, is now operational, providing a new service point for the growing network of 7 Brew locations.
The modular building, designed to serve as a repeatable configuration for future 7 Brew locations, was manufactured approximately 550 miles away in Phoenix. Russo Modular, a Phoenix-based manufacturer of steel-framed commercial modular buildings, coordinated the architecture, structural engineering, and mechanical systems to ensure a consistent and efficient build process. The building arrived at the site approximately 98 percent complete, with only tables and equipment remaining to be installed.
The project moved from production to installation in just 120 days, demonstrating Russo Modular's ability to streamline the process and deliver high-quality, repeatable commercial buildings.
The Visalia location, operated by Flynn Restaurant Group, represents the franchise operator's first modular 7 Brew location. Founded in Rogers, Arkansas, in 2017, 7 Brew Coffee has since expanded its drive-thru beverage stands across the United States. The company offers an extensive menu of customizable coffee, energy drinks, teas, and other beverages, catering to a wide range of customer preferences.
Russo Modular's manufacturing process involves fabricating and assembling structural framing and building components in a controlled environment. The company's integrated operations bring architecture, engineering, structural steel fabrication, manufacturing, and installation together to support repeatable commercial building programs. This approach allows Russo Modular to manufacture buildings under controlled production conditions while accommodating project-specific requirements.
The 7 Brew program is part of Russo Modular's work with restaurant and beverage brands, including Black Rock Coffee Bar, Lola Beans, Dutch Bros, Town Pump's Stone House Coffee Shots, and Jimmy John's. The company is expanding its Arizona manufacturing operations from one facility to three, further enhancing its capacity to support multi-unit operators and quick-service restaurant brands.
