The company now employs more than 90 people across 13 states, with Kansas City serving as the hub for its expanding operations. Derek Slayton, CEO of Rosnet, led this expansion, guiding the company through a period of growth that included adding clients, strengthening its leadership bench, and securing new investment from M33 Growth.

The new headquarters, a 400-square-foot space, is equipped with state-of-the-art amenities to support Rosnet’s in-person collaboration culture. The facility features a training and conference room that can seat up to 87 people with full audio-visual capabilities, huddle rooms for hybrid meetings, whiteboards in every room, two full kitchens, and an on-site micro market stocked with fresh food and snacks. There is also a game room for friendly competition and a well-earned break between meetings. Coffee is provided free of charge to all employees.

The company’s leadership team, including Slayton, is committed to fostering a collaborative environment that mirrors the teamwork found in the restaurants Rosnet serves. The new space is named after Kansas City landmarks and neighborhoods, with conference rooms bearing names like Boulevard, Union Station, Parkville, Northland, Legends, and Crossroads. The Parkville room, a nod to the company’s longtime home, serves as a reminder of Rosnet’s deep roots in the city.

On Thursday, October 15, 2026, Rosnet will celebrate the grand opening of its new headquarters with a media event. The company invites journalists to tour the space, meet the team, and take a seat in the Union Station room.
