Rodeo Dental & Orthodontics has announced significant leadership changes as the company prepares for its next phase of growth and expansion. Dr. Saam Zarrabi, the co-founder and current CEO, is stepping into the role of Executive Chairman, focusing on the organization's vision and strategic direction. The company has appointed Lorri Detrick as Chief Executive Officer and Andrew Napolitano as Chief Financial Officer.

Detrick, who brings over 20 years of healthcare leadership experience and more than a decade in the dental industry, joins Rodeo from Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry, where she was President and COO. Her tenure there involved leading the expansion of a multi-location dental organization. Throughout her career, Detrick has focused on building strong cultures, developing leadership, and creating systems that support excellent patient care and sustainable growth.

"Rodeo has been built around a mission to provide high-end dental care to every family," said Detrick. "I am excited to join the team and work alongside our doctors and frontline staff to continue building on the success we've achieved."

Napolitano, a graduate of UCLA, brings extensive financial leadership experience from his role as Chief Financial Officer at Exer Urgent Care. At Rodeo, he will focus on financial strategy, operational finance, and supporting the company's growth. "Rodeo has a unique and exceptional culture," said Napolitano. "I am honored to be part of this team and look forward to contributing to its continued success."

The leadership changes come as Rodeo looks to strengthen its operations and patient experience. Suzanne Jackson, President and Chief Operating Officer, and Dr. Yahya Mansour, Chief Dental Officer, will continue to lead the clinical excellence and doctor partnerships, respectively. Together, the expanded leadership team will ensure deep expertise across operations, clinical excellence, finance, and culture.

"We are excited to bring in Lorri and Andrew to help us scale while maintaining our commitment to our mission," said Zarrabi, who will continue to be involved in the company’s vision, culture, doctor relationships, and innovation. "Their experience and people-first mindset will be invaluable as we look to the future."

Rodeo Dental & Orthodontics has consistently focused on providing high-end dental care to families, and the changes in leadership are expected to further solidify the company's position in the market.
