TAMPA, Fla., Oct. 13, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Rewst, a managed service provider (MSP) automation platform, has launched its new global automation platform aimed at securely orchestrating work and data across the MSP stack and client base. The platform, which opened to Early Access in late June, now offers a more streamlined and controlled approach to automation for MSPs.

Anyone within an MSP can describe the outcome they need in plain English, and the Rewst Agent can build it, from workflows and forms to dashboards and client-facing apps. The platform ensures that credentials and access remain scoped to the client they belong to, providing a secure environment for MSPs to manage their workflows.

Since the Early Access launch, more than 110 MSPs have been using the platform. In a 30-day period, these MSPs ran over 1.25 million workflows and 58 million tasks across 340 distinct integrations, building an average of more than 150 new workflows daily. Top use cases include turning security alarms into PSA tickets, keeping device inventory consistent across tools, and syncing accounts, roles, and licenses on a schedule.

The new platform addresses the challenges of running a growing portfolio of automations reliably and securely. Scripts and automations can end up scattered across individual machines and tools, with credentials embedded in scripts or reused across environments. Actions can cross multiple systems while the record of what happened remains siloed in vendor consoles. Someone still has to maintain the integrations, manage failures, and understand how everything fits together.

Rewst combines plain-English automation building with controls designed for the multi-client environment MSPs operate in. Credentials stay scoped to the client they belong to, while role- and resource-based access lets the MSP determine who can work with each client and connected system. The platform ensures that the Rewst Agent cannot create, update, or publish a workflow or form without explicit approval, and it must ask again before publishing.

Rewst keeps a record of what ran in one place for each client, so teams can trace work routed through Rewst without piecing it together across individual scripts and vendor consoles. The platform allows for the creation of forms, dashboards, and client-facing apps, giving MSPs the option to replace standalone tools they would otherwise have to buy, integrate, and maintain separately.

The new platform is now available worldwide for new customers, with access expanding to existing customers over time. Until then, existing customers can continue building and running automations on Rewst Classic, which remains fully supported and under active development.
