TORONTO, Oct. 21, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- RayNeo, the global leader in consumer augmented reality (AR) glasses, has announced its Canadian retail launch, bringing its next-generation AR entertainment and AI glasses to the market. The company, founded in 2021 and incubated by TCL Electronics, is set to offer two key products: the GT MAX entertainment glasses and the RayNeo iO Smart Glasses.

RayNeo's GT MAX entertainment glasses are designed to provide a personal big-screen experience, combining a 59-degree field of view with a virtual screen of up to 307 inches. The glasses feature native three-degrees-of-freedom (3DoF) tracking, ensuring the virtual screen remains steady as the wearer moves. Additionally, the glasses come with audio co-tuned by Bang & Olufsen, offering head-tracked spatial sound and Whisper Mode for more private listening. At 78 grams, the GT MAX is available in S, M, and L variants, selected according to interpupillary distance, to ensure a comfortable viewing fit.

The GT MAX glasses connect to a compatible device for both content and power. Users can pair them with the separately sold RayNeo Pocket TV Pro, a portable Google TV player that provides access to Netflix and more than 10,000 apps. The RayNeo Pocket TV Pro supports up to 5.5 hours of playback and is compatible with Dolby Vision, enhancing the viewing experience when paired with the GT MAX.

RayNeo's iO Smart Glasses are designed to keep users engaged in conversations by providing useful AI tools directly into the wearer's field of view. At just 33 grams and resembling classic eyewear, the iO Smart Glasses offer a discreet waveguide display for captions, translations, and notes. The glasses translate speech in real time across 55 languages, making them particularly relevant in Canada's multilingual communities. They also capture meeting notes and action items, helping wearers stay engaged in conversations. The iO Smart Glasses feature a Lifelog function that suggests calendar updates, which users can confirm with a head nod. They also include a Smart Crown dial, voice commands, and head gestures for intuitive, hands-free control.

RayNeo's Canadian lineup is now available online at Staples, Walmart, and Best Buy, with availability coming soon to The Shopping Channel and other Canadian retailers. The GT MAX glasses start at $429, while the iO Smart Glasses are lighter and more discreet, weighing just 33 grams. RayNeo ranked first globally in AR smart-glasses shipments in Q1 2026, capturing a 23.7% share by shipment volume, according to Counterpoint Research's Global XR Market Tracker. This achievement underscores the company's commitment to advancing the AR market and providing innovative solutions for everyday use.
