VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Nov. 02, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Pulse Oil Corp. announced plans to consolidate its common shares, a move intended to improve the liquidity and marketability of its stock, potentially enhancing its attractiveness to investors. The consolidation will see one post-Consolidation Common Share issued for every twenty pre-Consolidation Common Shares. Fractional shares resulting from the consolidation will not be issued; instead, any fractional interest equal to or greater than 0.5 will be rounded up, while those less than 0.5 will be rounded down.

The shareholders of Pulse Oil Corp. will be asked to approve the consolidation at the annual general and special meeting to be held on November 27, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. (Vancouver time). The consolidation is also subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange. Currently, the company has 623,465,656 Common Shares outstanding, which will be consolidated into approximately 31,173,283 Common Shares, subject to rounding of any fractional post-Consolidation Common Shares.

Pulse Oil Corp. is primarily focused on a 100% working interest in the EOR Project, located in West Central Alberta, Canada. This project includes two established Nisku pinnacle reef reservoirs that have been producing sweet light crude oil for over 40 years. The company has implemented a proven recovery methodology, NGL solvent injection, to further enhance the ultimate oil recovery from these two proven pools. As of the current date, under 10 million barrels of oil have been recovered, representing approximately 30% of the recovery factor from the pools.

The company’s total asset retirement obligations are just $2.9 million, a figure that, when compared to many peers in the industry in Western Canada, is notably low. Pulse Oil Corp. currently has no plans to undertake a financing or other capital-raising transaction in connection with, or immediately following, the consolidation. If approved, the company will issue a further news release announcing the effective date of the consolidation and the new CUSIP/ISIN numbers for the post-Consolidation Common Shares, if applicable.
