Since 2009, he has held this position, contributing significantly to the financial health and strategic planning of various organizations.
Additionally, Kampian has held key roles in several public and private companies. He served as the chief financial officer of Algonquin Power & Utilities Corp. and Mettrum Health Corp., and has also been a board advisor to U.S. and Canadian public companies. His experience as a chief restructuring officer of multiple entities further underscores his expertise in navigating complex financial landscapes.
Notably, Kampian has been a director of Aduro Clean Technologies Inc. (Nasdaq: ADUR; TSX: ACT) since April 2021, where he currently chairs the audit committee. He has also been a director of Matador Technologies Inc. (TSXV: MATA), a bitcoin ecosystem and treasury company, since 2024. His previous experience as a director of Statehouse Holdings Inc. (formerly Harborside Inc.) adds to his comprehensive background in corporate governance and financial oversight.
