PropertyRadar Launches Enhanced AI Assistant for Property Data Queries

PropertyRadar, a platform designed to help small local businesses generate leads through public records data, has unveiled a new feature that allows users to search for properties and owner information more efficiently and accurately. The company has integrated the capabilities of OpenAI's ChatGPT and Anthropic's Claude, enabling users to query their AI assistants with complex criteria and receive detailed counts, property summaries, and specific owner contact details.

The new feature allows users to search for properties across more than 160 million U.S. properties in over 3,000 counties, using 300+ criteria, 30+ signals, and Likely scores. This comprehensive data set, built from public records, includes court-sourced probate, divorce, and eviction filings, as well as distress signals and Likely scores that estimate which owners are likely to sell, refinance, or buy.

The platform's new capabilities are particularly useful for businesses that need to target specific demographics or properties.

According to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce's 2026 Empowering Small Business report, 66% of U.S. small businesses now use AI, up eight percentage points from the prior year. Until now, when a task depended on property and owner data, businesses had to leave the AI assistant, run a search in another tool, export the results, and paste them back in. PropertyRadar's new feature eliminates this cumbersome process, providing businesses with the ability to get specific information directly from their AI assistant.

The new feature includes counts, property summaries, and saved audiences for free, with businesses only paying for billable property, owner, phone, and email data. Businesses are not charged for failed requests, unavailable contact data, or data they already own.

The availability of the new feature is now available on every paid PropertyRadar plan, starting at $99, with no additional cost. Businesses can narrow their search from an entire county to the specific owners they want in just a few questions, and specific records and owner contact details are only retrieved when requested. This ensures that owner information remains out of the conversation until it's needed, allowing businesses to remain responsible for following applicable privacy, consent, calling, and texting rules.

PropertyRadar's new AI assistant is an important step forward in the use of AI for property and owner data, providing businesses with the tools they need to target specific demographics and properties more effectively. The platform's comprehensive data set, built from public records, is a key factor in the success of the new feature, enabling users to get specific information directly from their AI assistant.
