Pinnacle Mergers & Acquisitions has successfully facilitated the sale of Watson Chevrolet and Infiniti of Tucson in Arizona to Scott Gruwell. The dealerships will now operate as Courtesy Chevrolet of Tucson and Courtesy Infiniti of Tucson, under their new ownership.
The transaction, which closed on August 31, 2026, was represented by Pinnacle Mergers & Acquisitions. Bill Scrivner, the founder and CEO of the firm, led the effort.
