The challenge, which runs from October 1 through October 31, 2026, is part of a series of seasonal wellness initiatives designed to help participants reset and rejuvenate as the weather turns cooler.
Participants can log their sessions using a social tracker available via the Perspire 2.0 App, online via the studio microsite, or in studio with the help of a team member. The tracker allows members to stay accountable and share their progress on social media, using the hashtag #fallritualchallenge and tagging @perspiresaunastudio.
The Fall Ritual Challenge follows two successful seasonal challenges earlier this year. The 2026 Spring Reset Challenge saw 35% of participants complete the challenge, while the 2026 Summer Ritual Challenge drew a 38% finisher rate, the highest completion rate of the year so far.
The Fall Ritual Challenge is open to all Perspire guests and members. Members who complete eight sessions between October 1 and October 31 and share their journey after completion will be entered for a chance to win a curated Sauna Essentials Kit. Members can submit their story via a provided form on the Perspire Sauna Studio website.
