LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM, October 23, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- PensionHunter, a research and identification service based in the UK, has announced a suite of services designed to help pension funds locate members who have moved abroad or are otherwise unreachable. The company, founded by Frank Marco, aims to bridge the gap left by national tracing tools that often fail to reach members who have relocated.

PensionHunter's primary service involves finding individuals whose pension funds have lost contact with them. This includes members who moved abroad two decades ago, pensioners whose payments stopped due to undeliverable letters, and beneficiaries of deceased members who lived overseas. The company uses official records and data from the member's home country to track down these individuals, ensuring that the member's data remains with the fund.

The main service offered by PensionHunter is straightforward: it finds people, worldwide. The scheme supplies the anchor data it already holds, such as name, date of birth, last known address, employer, and dates. PensionHunter then traces the person's current contact route through official sources in the country where they now live, and letters go out under the scheme's own branding and approved wording. This service works for any jurisdiction, with no country list: wherever the member went, PensionHunter goes.

In addition to the main service, PensionHunter offers three more services. The first is the Global Pension Finding Register, a free tool that allows people who worked abroad to register the countries and years they worked in. Pension funds can search the register for free, with terms for confirmed matches agreed upon with each fund. Member lists never leave the fund's systems; only hashed codes are exchanged, and the member is emailed only when there is a match. The register already covers 41 countries and continues to grow as more funds join.

The second service, PensionHunter Investigator, is currently in the design phase. This platform aims to provide pension funds with detailed information on what happened to each member who moved away, not just their current location. Schemes can upload member lists, and cases are grouped into cohorts before being reviewed by a human investigator. Design partners agree to a data processing agreement, a retention period, and written security answers before any member data moves.

The third service, Publish What You Hold, is also free. It encourages pension schemes to publish three numbers annually: the number of members they cannot reach, the benefits of deceased members not yet paid, and the combined value of these benefits. Nothing publishes until the scheme has confirmed the information.

PensionHunter operates as a trading name of Battersea Park Capital Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company number 13326151, ICO registration ZC113586). It is a research and identification service, not a regulated adviser. The company's services are designed to help pension funds maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring that no member is left behind.
