NEW YORK, Sept. 13, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- OTC Markets Group Inc, a leading provider of market data for over 12,000 U.S. and international securities, has announced a significant partnership with CITIC Securities Brokerage (HK) Limited. This agreement will extend OTC Markets Group’s pricing data to a broader client base in Hong Kong, enhancing the visibility of U.S.-traded securities for investors.
Under the terms of the agreement, CITIC Securities Brokerage (HK) Limited will distribute OTC Markets Group’s delayed Level 1 quote data from OTC Link ATS, OTC Markets’ primary trading venue for U.S. OTC equity securities, to its clients through its browser-based trading platform and mobile application. The data will be available on a 15-minute delayed basis from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern time. Real-time Level 1 data will be provided to premium subscribers, offering them direct access to live U.S. quote and trade activity.
This partnership is part of OTC Markets Group’s strategy to expand its data capabilities in the Asia-Pacific region. The agreement is expected to connect investors with data on more than 12,000 securities listed across OTC Markets’ OTCQX, OTCQB, OTCID, and Pink Limited markets. These markets include international companies from exchanges such as Euronext, LSE, TSE, and ASX that are cross-traded in the U.S.
Matt Fuchs, Executive Vice President and Head of Market Data at OTC Markets Group, stated, "Investors in Hong Kong are increasingly seeking visibility into their U.S.-traded interests. This agreement provides CITIC Securities Brokerage (HK)’s clients with key quote data on more than 12,000 global names traded in USD."
Alan Fan, Chief Operating Officer of CITIC Securities Brokerage (HK) Limited, added, "Access to reliable U.S. market data is integral to our service offerings. This agreement strengthens our ability to serve clients who invest globally across our key trading platforms."
The agreement reflects the growing demand for OTC Markets Group’s data capabilities in the region. In May, the company appointed JP Chan as Senior Vice President and Regional Head, Asia-Pacific, to lead its growth efforts. International companies represent more than 90% of total dollar volume traded on OTC Markets, and the demand for this data among investors outside the U.S. continues to rise.
This partnership is a testament to OTC Markets Group’s commitment to providing comprehensive market data solutions. The company’s innovative model offers companies more efficient access to the U.S. financial markets, and this agreement is expected to further enhance its global reach and influence.
