Beacon, Iowa, September 3, 2026, Osky Quality Storage, an 88-unit, 18,200 square foot drive-up self-storage facility in Beacon, Iowa, has been sold to a regional operator that has been steadily expanding its presence in Iowa. The transaction was brokered by Area Storage Advisors, an affiliate of Argus Self Storage Advisors.
The buyer, a regional self-storage operator, was attracted to Osky Quality Storage due to its durable construction and strong in-place occupancy rates, despite not requiring active advertising. Nathan Gottlieb, Tom Flannigan, and Alex Ihrke of Area Storage Advisors represented the seller and facilitated the acquisition.
“Oskaloosa’s stable and diversified economy supports consistent storage demand,” said Gottlieb. “The facility’s occupancy without active advertising highlights the local need for storage space.”
