On September 4, 2026, Orion Corporation completed the conversion of 102,000 of its A shares into an equivalent number of B shares, as per the company’s Articles of Association. The conversion was recorded in the Trade Register on the same day.
Following the conversion, the company’s share structure now stands at 31,271,179 A shares and 109,863,099 B shares, with the total number of shares remaining unchanged at 141,134,278. The total number of votes has increased to 735,286,679, reflecting the conversion.
