Novosense Reports 66.7% Revenue Increase in First Half of 2026

SHANGHAI, Sept. 4, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- NOVOSENSE, a provider of analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits for automotive, industrial, and energy applications, reported a 66.7% revenue increase for the first half of 2026, reaching approximately $374.54 million. This growth marks a significant expansion for the company, which has seen sequential revenue growth for multiple consecutive quarters.
Automotive electronics revenue saw a substantial 60% increase, contributing 32.38% to the company's total revenue. NOVOSENSE has shipped over 534 million automotive chips, bringing the cumulative total to more than 1.95 billion units. Industrial and energy applications, which make up 57.96% of total revenue, saw a 84% increase, driven by demand from energy storage, industrial automation, and digital power applications, including server power supplies.
In the realm of AI server power, NOVOSENSE has made significant strides. The company’s high-voltage gallium nitride (GaN) driver ICs and mid- and low-voltage GaN co-packaged products are now in volume production with customers in China and other markets. Additionally, its microcontrollers (MCUs) have entered mass production with a major client. NOVOSENSE’s portfolio is comprehensive, spanning AC-DC power supplies, 800 V high-voltage direct current (HVDC) systems, rack-level DC-DC conversion, and board-level power conversion. Core areas of the portfolio include isolation, current sensing, SiC/GaN gate driving, and real-time control.
Isolation solutions feature digital isolators, isolated power devices, and isolated sensing and interface ICs, with some Adaptive OOK® products supporting data rates up to 150 Mbps and common-mode transient immunity exceeding 150 kV/μs. Current sensing is handled by the NSM201x, NSM211x, and NSM204x Hall-effect current-sensor families, which are designed for compact power systems. SiC/GaN gate drivers provide strong drive capability and integrated protection, while GaN driver solutions incorporate negative-bias regulation and bootstrap management to simplify system design. Real-time control is managed by dual Arm Cortex-M7 core MCUs operating at up to 400 MHz.
At the PSU system level, NOVOSENSE offers temperature sensors, precision voltage references, flyback controllers, low-dropout (LDO) regulators, buck converters, voltage supervisors, and signal buffers for monitoring, auxiliary power, and protection. The company also provides device selection and application support to ensure seamless integration of its products.
