North Peak Resources Ltd., a Canadian-based gold exploration and development company, has announced it will be re-engaging ICP Securities Inc. to provide automated market making services, effective October 15, 2026. The agreement, which will initially run for four months, will see ICP use its proprietary algorithm, ICP Premium®, to enhance liquidity and quote health in compliance with the policies and guidelines of the TSX Venture Exchange.
Under the terms of the agreement, ICP will receive a fee of C$7,500 (plus applicable taxes) per month. The agreement is set to commence on October 15, 2026, and will automatically renew for one-month terms unless either party provides at least thirty days' written notice. The agreement can also be terminated by either party on thirty days' prior written notice.
ICP Securities Inc., a Toronto-based Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization dealer-member, specializes in automated market making and liquidity provision. Established in 2023, ICP leverages its proprietary technology to deliver high-quality liquidity provision and execution services to a broad array of public issuers and institutional investors.
North Peak's existing market making services agreement with Independent Trading Group (ITG) Inc. will terminate on October 31, 2026. ITG will continue to provide market making services to the company until the end of that month.
The Prospect Mountain Mine Complex, North Peak's flagship property, is located in the Battle Mountain-Eureka trend, in an area known as the Southern Eureka Gold Belt. The property features three styles of mineralization: gold, silver Carlin style mineralization, Carbonate Replacement gold, silver, lead, zinc mineralization (CRD); and carbonate hosted Porphyry Related Skarn lead, zinc, and gold mineralization associated with Cretaceous intrusions. At the property, the CRD mineralization is heavily oxidized to depths of at least 610 meters (2,000 feet) below the top of the ridge line.
North Peak's plans for the property include surface exploration, underground mining of up to 365,000 tons per annum, and certain infrastructural works. The company's plans are detailed in the NI 43-101 Technical Report on the Prospect Mountain Property, which was prepared by David Pym (MSc), CGeol, of LTI Advisory Ltd., and Dr. Toby Strauss, CGeol, EurGeol., of Merlyn Consulting Ltd. The report has an effective date of April 10, 2023, and is available on SEDAR+ at www.sedarplus.ca and on the company's website.
