NOMAD Power Solutions Reschedules Special Meeting of Stockholders

BOCA RATON, Fla., Sept. 04, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- NOMAD Power Solutions, Inc., a provider of transportable, utility-grade battery energy storage systems, has rescheduled its Special Meeting of Stockholders due to the need for additional time to finalize its Nasdaq listing application. The original meeting, scheduled for September 4, 2026, at 1:00 PM Eastern Time, has been adjourned without conducting any business. It will reconvene on October 2, 2026, at the same time and will be held virtually via the website www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/NMAD2026SM.

The Board of Directors continues to recommend that stockholders vote “FOR” the proposals. No changes have been made to the proposals to be voted on at the reconvened meeting. Stockholders who have already submitted their proxies and do not wish to change their votes need not take any further action.
