S4Capital's Monks, a global digital-first marketing, advertising, and technology services company, has appointed Nirvik Singh to the Executive Leadership Team, initially focusing on its EMEA business as CEO EMEA Marketing Services, effective October 1, 2026. Singh, who joined the S4Capital Board of Directors as an independent Non-Executive Director in May 2025, will lead the region's business, bringing together brand strategy, creative craft, content orchestration, and data-driven media under Monks' unitary operating model.
Singh brings over 35 years of global marketing, communications, and operational leadership across five continents. Most recently, he served as Global Chief Operating Officer and President International at Grey Group, overseeing business operations across Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific. Throughout his career, Singh has partnered with marquee enterprise brands, including Procter & Gamble, The Coca-Cola Company, Volvo, BAT, and Haleon, navigating complex regional dynamics while orchestrating creative strategy, technology, and commercial impact.
"Modern brands must move at the speed of culture. To achieve that real-time relevance, clients need an agile partner who breaks down the artificial barriers between creative, media, and tech. Having worked closely with Nirvik on our Board, I know his operational rigor, global network expertise, and shared conviction in our unitary model make him uniquely equipped to scale our EMEA presence."
Singh will work closely with Chief Revenue Officer EMEA Alex Oberberg, appointed earlier this year, and the EMEA country managing directors. Reporting directly to Bruno Lambertini, Singh will lead the region's business, bringing together brand strategy, creative craft, content orchestration, and data-driven media under Monks' unitary operating model. Singh's leadership will drive a bold expansion phase across EMEA, fueled by next-generation enterprise partnerships and the broader rollout of Monks.Flow, Monks' proprietary AI and workflow platform.
Monks, a global, digital-first, data-driven, unitary operating brand of S4 Capital plc, now has approximately 6,150 people in 34 countries, with 81% of net revenue across the Americas, 14% across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, and 5% across Asia-Pacific. The longer-term objective is a geographic split of 60%:20%:20%. Marketing Services accounted for approximately 91% of net revenue, while Technology Services accounted for 9%. The target allocation is a practice split of 75%:25%.
Singh's appointment follows a series of accolades for Monks, including being named a Contender in The Forrester Wave™: Global Marketing Services and a leader in the 2026 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Global Digital Marketing Agencies. Monks ranks among Cannes Lions' Top 10 Creative Companies (2022-2025) and remains the only partner featured in AdExchanger's Programmatic Power Players list every year (2020-2024). Named Adweek's first AI Agency of the Year (2023) and The One Show's inaugural AI Pioneer Organization (2025), Monks was also awarded Business Intelligence Group's 2026 Excellence in Artificial Intelligence Award in the Human-Machine Interaction Team category. Additionally, Monks.Flow earned AI-based Marketing Solution of the Year at the 2026 AI Breakthrough Awards and a 2026 Global Generative AI Award in the Agentic Marketing Innovation category. Finally, Monks achieved a record-breaking number of FWAs and continues to hold the most of any partner.
