Mission Increase and Frontiers have partnered to expand training opportunities for nonprofit leaders worldwide. The collaboration aims to enhance the skills of those working in ministries and nonprofits, particularly in fundraising and organizational health.

Mission Increase, founded in 1999, has a long-standing commitment to strengthening nonprofits and supporting donors and churches in expanding their collective impact. The organization has engaged over 10,000 organizations globally, focusing on providing training in biblically based strategies to improve organizational effectiveness and fundraising. Through this partnership, Mission Increase will leverage its Mi Academy, a self-paced online platform, to offer training in eight key areas: fundraising, leadership, communications, and organizational culture.

Mi Academy includes an AI assistant, Mi Advisor, which provides coaching throughout the learning process. This tool helps bridge the gap between training and real-world execution by offering practical tools such as fundraising planning and donor communications. Mission Increase will also provide coaching on the platform's tools and content, ensuring that participants can apply what they learn effectively.

Frontiers, an international mission movement, is dedicated to bringing the Gospel to Muslim peoples with love and respect. The organization has workers from over 60 nationalities, serving throughout the Muslim world.

Scott Scharpen, chief strategy officer of Mission Increase, expressed excitement about the partnership, saying, "We are thrilled to partner with Frontiers in their mission to help leaders overseas reach their full potential. Their direct investment in nonprofits aligns with the type of training Mi Academy is designed to deliver."

The partnership is expected to benefit both organizations and the nonprofits they serve. Mission Increase will expand its reach and impact, while Frontiers will enhance the skills of its team members and the nonprofits they support. This collaboration underscores the growing importance of digital training solutions in the nonprofit sector, providing leaders with the tools they need to succeed in a global context.
