miMeetings, a leading provider of event ground management solutions, has announced the acquisition of the Meetings & Events Division of MUV, significantly expanding its global capabilities and operational depth. This strategic move aims to deliver a comprehensive global solution for enterprise event ground programs, leveraging the strengths of both organizations.

The acquisition brings together MUV’s extensive client relationships and operational expertise with miMeetings’ advanced technology and enterprise workflow systems. The combined organization now supports events across five continents, serving over 200 corporate accounts and 700+ event professionals. MUV’s Meetings & Events business will now operate as a division of miMeetings, adding meaningful depth to the organization and enhancing its ability to deliver a more complete global solution.

Key advantages for clients include AI-powered workflows, competitive sourcing, patented Smart Grouping, FAA bulk flight validation, consolidated invoicing, sustainability and savings reporting, and Cvent-Integration. These features are designed to streamline event ground management, optimize costs, and ensure reliability.

The integration of systems, workflows, and reporting is expected to be completed by Q1 2027. Until then, all current client processes and service workflows will remain in place.
