DC, UNITED STATES, November 4, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- ABIG Health and JD Lymon Group have formed a strategic affiliation to streamline the journey of medical device and health technology innovators from clearance to adoption. The partnership aims to provide a cohesive team that can address the fragmented advice often faced by early-stage innovators, ensuring a smoother path through the product lifecycle.

According to Adam Brown, MD, MBA, Managing Partner at ABIG Health, the collaboration is designed to remove the friction that typically arises from separate firms providing advice on regulatory, reimbursement, market access, and commercialization strategies.

The strategic affiliation combines the strengths of both firms to offer a comprehensive service. ABIG Health, founded by Steven Farmer, MD, PhD, a former Chief Strategy Officer for coverage determinations at CMS, and Adam Brown, MD, MBA, a physician, healthcare executive, and business school professor, will lead the clinical scenario and market strategy, evidence planning, and regulatory strategy. Farmer and Brown will ensure that FDA pathway decisions are tested against their impact on reimbursement, while also addressing coding, coverage, and payment strategies.

JD Lymon Group, founded by Jolayne Devers, MBA, CPC, will focus on market access and launch, including payer engagement, value story, and commercialization. Devers, with more than 35 years of experience across medical device companies, commercial payers, and providers, has secured CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes and Medicare payment mechanisms for emerging technologies. Carla Monacelli, Partner and Founder, brings over 35 years in reimbursement, healthcare policy, and government relations, while Mark Domyahn, MBA, Partner, has more than 25 years in medical technology reimbursement and health economics. John McInnes, MD, JD, Partner, is a board-certified ophthalmologist and attorney with experience at CMS and Arnold & Porter. Amanda Cassidy, MPP, Partner, is a health policy and government affairs specialist with a background in CMS and Arnold & Porter.

For an emerging company, every month and every dollar matters, said John McInnes, MD, JD, Partner at JD Lymon Group.

The partnership is expected to benefit medical device and health technology companies by providing a coordinated approach to regulatory and reimbursement strategies, ensuring that decisions made for FDA are already aligned with the needs of payers, clinicians, and investors. This strategic affiliation is a significant step in the industry, as it addresses the fragmented advice that often hinders the progress of medical device and health technology innovators.
