SHENZHEN, China, Oct. 13, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Mibro, a smart wearables maker, has launched its new AeroPace running smartwatch, equipped with Mibro Coach, an AI-powered training system designed to help beginner runners. The device is set to hit the market on October 13, 2026, through Mibro's official channels, with a starting price of 149.99 EUR. Mibro Coach, developed by the company's Sports Science Lab, combines sports physiology models with AI to provide personalized training guidance. Unlike simple data trackers, Mibro Coach assesses performance using the VDOT running ability index, estimated VO2max, and predicted race times from 5K to marathon. The system also considers individual training focus, drawing on a runner's training history, daily routines, and preferences to develop increasingly personalized recommendations.

The smartwatch offers more than 20 goal-based training plans, ranging from four to 20 weeks. Daily sessions adapt to the runner's sleep, fatigue, and training status, with reduced intensity or additional recovery recommended when needed. Runners can choose from five AI coaches, each with a distinct coaching style, to enhance their training experience. During runs, Mibro Coach tracks various running dynamics, including cadence, stride length, ground contact time, and vertical oscillation. Post-run, the system delivers a structured analysis that combines these metrics with training load, heart rate variability, sleep quality, and other data to highlight strengths and areas for improvement. Runners can also engage in natural, multi-turn conversations with their AI coach through the "Just Talk" feature, and proactive alerts help them respond to changes in their training status.

Mibro's aim is to lower the barrier to scientific running by helping beginners turn performance data into personalized, data-informed training. The company's philosophy, "Live Smart, Go Active," underscores its commitment to developing reliable and user-friendly wearable devices that support users throughout their fitness journeys. Through Mibro Coach, Mibro aims to make scientific running more accessible, guiding runners through the full training journey, from assessment and planning to execution, recovery, and review.
