On Labor Day, All Within My Hands, the philanthropic organization co-founded by Metallica, is partnering with CNH, a leading equipment manufacturer, to auction off a unique and highly sought-after compact track loader. The custom-designed CASE TV450B, built at the CASE production facility in Wichita, Kansas, is the first of its kind and mirrors the unit Hetfield intends to use on his ranch. The auction, hosted by Purple Wave Auction, will run through December 17, with all proceeds going directly to All Within My Hands and its Metallica Scholars Initiative.

Renee Richardson, Director of Philanthropy at All Within My Hands, expressed her excitement about the partnership, stating, "These are the kinds of relationships we love. Since day one, the team at CNH has embraced the work we're doing, from direct financial support to volunteering at food banks during the Metallica M72 World Tour. Now, we're thrilled to see the result of this collaboration."

The TV450B compact track loader, known for its durability and versatility, is a key piece of machinery in commercial and residential construction as well as landscaping. It features a custom design commissioned by Metallica frontman and co-founder James Hetfield as part of an agreement with the CASE brand in 2024. For enthusiasts and collectors, this auction offers a rare opportunity to own a piece of CASE and Metallica history.

Purple Wave Auction, the leading online equipment auction platform, is facilitating the sale. The auction is free to register for, and interested bidders can search for "Hetskid" on purplewave.com. A total of 100% of the final sale price will benefit All Within My Hands, with Purple Wave also donating the 10% buyer's premium to ensure every dollar supports the foundation's mission.

All Within My Hands, established in 2017, is dedicated to creating sustainable communities through workforce education, combating food insecurity, and providing disaster relief. The organization, which Metallica fully funds, has already distributed $19 million in grants through its Metallica Scholars Initiative, $8.8 million to fight food insecurity, and $6.2 million for disaster relief and other critical local services worldwide.

CNH, a global leader in agricultural and construction equipment, operates in over 160 markets with a workforce of more than 34,000 professionals. The company's brands, including CASE Construction Equipment and New Holland Construction, are backed by CNH Capital and complemented by a portfolio of technology and regional brands, generating $18.1 billion in revenue in 2025.

Purple Wave Auction, founded in 2000, provides a seamless platform for buying and selling equipment through no-reserve auctions. The company's commitment to simplicity and transparency has made it a trusted partner for both sellers and buyers, offering professional services from marketing to payment collection.

The auction is open to anyone seeking to support All Within My Hands and its initiatives, with the hope that the unique compact track loader will find a new home and continue its legacy of service.
