LITEON Invests in DCX Liquid Cooling Systems for AI Market Expansion

TAIPEI, LITEON Technology, a leading player in AI infrastructure solutions, has announced a significant strategic investment in DCX Liquid Cooling Systems, a Warsaw, Poland-based company specializing in advanced liquid cooling technologies. The transaction, valued at approximately US$176 million, will see LITEON acquire about 25% equity in DCX Liquid Cooling Systems, positioning the two companies to collaboratively develop integrated power and thermal management solutions for the rapidly growing AI and high-performance computing markets.

Founded in 2019, DCX Liquid Cooling Systems has established itself as a key innovator in liquid cooling infrastructure, particularly in direct-to-chip and immersion cooling systems. With a comprehensive portfolio ranging from enterprise-level coolant distribution units (600kW to 2.6MW) to hyperscale-class facility coolant distribution units (up to 16MW), as well as cold plates and modular data center systems, DCX has demonstrated its ability to meet the increasingly complex cooling needs of data centers and high-performance computing environments.

The strategic partnership will allow LITEON and DCX to expand their collaboration across various domains, including product development, engineering innovation, manufacturing scale-up, and global market penetration. Together, the companies aim to deliver advanced cooling and power management solutions that can meet the growing demands of hyperscale data centers worldwide.
