OCONOMOWOC, Wis., Oct. 28, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Liberty Systems, a North American maker of on-site nitrogen generation and compressed air systems, is relocating its headquarters and production facilities from Waukesha, Wis., to a new 100,000-square-foot facility at 5701 Frontier Road, Oconomowoc, WI 53066. The move, set to be completed by the end of October 2026, marks a significant expansion for the company, tripling its current footprint.

The new location, situated on a 5.48-acre site, features 23,500 square feet of office space and eight loading docks. Liberty Systems has more than doubled its production capacity, moving from three production bays to seven. This expansion includes the addition of a dedicated Training Center, which will provide hands-on training for customers, partners, and service technicians. The company also plans to hire up to nine new employees, including three production hires and four to six assemblers and technicians, bringing the total workforce to 80.

The company's systems serve a variety of industries, including laser cutting, food packaging, heat treating, brewing, 3D printing, and oil and gas applications. Liberty Systems, founded in 2004 and certified to ISO 9001:2015, has delivered more than 5,000 systems across North America, each engineered to the customer's exact flow, pressure, and purity requirements. Its products, including Nitro Force, Nitro Force Lite, Air Force, BrewN2, and Filter Star, are designed and assembled in the USA.

The new headquarters will also enhance Liberty Systems' ability to provide reliable, on-demand nitrogen supplies to manufacturers, freeing them from the cost and uncertainty of delivered gas. As more manufacturers look to produce industrial gas on-site, Liberty Systems is well-positioned to meet this growing demand.
