The company will be at booth 5.A68, where visitors can experience how AI is transforming the future of television and streaming, from content discovery and viewer engagement to customer interactions, accessibility, personalization, and monetization.
Kaltura's booth will feature a series of live demonstrations highlighting its AI-powered capabilities, including a new AI-Powered Cloud TV Platform. This platform aims to improve scalability, availability, and observability through the use of AI agents and intelligent automation. Other notable innovations include new conversational agents for customer care and support, as well as recommendation and upsell features that deliver personalized content recommendations and relevant service and package upsell opportunities.
Sports enthusiasts will be particularly interested in the Sports Assistant, which instantly surfaces and navigates viewers to key moments across live and on-demand sporting events. Training and role play features will provide AI-powered interactive training experiences for customer support and sales teams, enhancing their efficiency and effectiveness. A next-generation front-end application will offer an enhanced user interface (UI) and user experience (UX), ensuring a more intelligent, personalized, and engaging streaming experience.
Kaltura will also introduce vertical video and AI-generated micro dramas, transforming traditional long-form content into engaging, mobile-first viewing experiences. Personalized TV and monetization experiences will dynamically adapt to each viewer, optimizing content discovery, recommendations, promotions, and monetization opportunities. Additionally, the booth will showcase on-screen sign language, expanding accessibility for viewers who are deaf or hard of hearing.
During the IBC, Kaltura's Aymeric Legal, VP of Sales, Media & Telecom, will present "Beyond the Stream: AI-Powered Fan Engagement for Live Sports" on Saturday, September 12, at 11:45 a.m. on the IBC Content Everywhere Stage 1.
