Jeff "Yosh" Yoshimura, an enterprise B2B veteran with a track record of scaling companies through successful IPOs, has launched a new podcast called The Selling Economy. The show aims to explore how artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming B2B sales and revenue organizations.

Hosted by Yoshimura, co-founder and chief growth officer of AnyTeam, The Selling Economy will feature candid conversations with go-to-market leaders, revenue executives, founders, and sales operators. The podcast's first episode, released on September 17, 2026, features Joe Williams, one of Salesforce's early and most successful enterprise sales leaders. Williams shares insights from his time selling Salesforce before it became a household name.

Williams highlights the changing dynamics of B2B sales, noting that today's jobs look different from what they did just a few years ago. "AI is changing how reps work, buyers are arriving more informed, and the economics of sales organizations are shifting. This show is about understanding what that change means, and what the people building revenue organizations should do about it."

The podcast will delve into the forces reshaping the economics of revenue teams, including AI in the seller's workflow, buyers who arrive already informed, rising cost of sale, and longer ramp times. Upcoming episodes will examine the changing role of the account executive, the future of CRM, founder-led sales in an AI-driven market, and the economics of sales-led growth.

Yoshimura brings more than two and a half decades of enterprise B2B go-to-market experience to the show. He helped scale Salesforce, Zuora, and Elastic through successful IPOs and later served as chief marketing officer at Elastic and Snyk. At Salesforce, he joined when the company had a few hundred employees and was part of the team that launched the AppExchange. At AnyTeam, he is helping build an AI-native application designed to reshape how revenue organizations operate.

The podcast will feature a roster of go-to-market leaders, including: - Joe Williams, one of Salesforce's first enterprise sales leaders who spent 12+ years closing and managing some of the company's most strategic and largest accounts. - Kristin "KK" Anderson, co-founder and president of Accelerant Growth Solutions, who has diagnosed more than 15,000 sales professionals. - Sheevaun Thatcher, who built a 150 person sales enablement team at RingCentral and currently serves as VP of Revenue Enablement at Demandbase. - Bryan Breckenridge, an early pre-IPO Salesforce account executive who channeled a successful career in sales to social impact work at Box and LinkedIn. - Paul Melchiorre, co-author of the award-winning book, Selling the Cloud, and former CRO and President at Anaplan, EVP Global Accounts at SAP and Ariba. - Kelly Miller, CRO at Nitor Partners, former SVP North America Sales for SAP after the acquisition of Ariba, and builder of a student ministry in Uganda. - Neil Bhuriyan, a sales coach who has trained more than 4,500 sellers and founder of Happy Selling; host of the SDR DiscoCall Podcast with 250,000+ downloads. - Doug Erpenbeck, who led global sales enablement across 4,000 sellers at Juniper Networks and former sales enablement leader at Elastic and Salesforce. - Scott Edmonds, employee #10 at Marketo's and one of the first account executives who later led Marketo's expansion into EMEA and Asia-Pacific.
