Sprenkle brings over two decades of experience in operator, technology, and industry roles, having founded and led influential companies in the sector.
Sprenkle co-founded 360 Blue, a Florida-based luxury vacation rental management company, where he served as CEO for nearly 15 years before its acquisition by Natural Retreats. He also co-founded Key Data, a hospitality technology company, where he spent more than eight years as CEO, helping establish the company as a leading source of performance data and market intelligence for the short-term rental industry. Sprenkle stepped down from his day-to-day role at Key Data in 2026 and remains a member of its board.

The company connects directly to property management systems and reservation data to automate the sourcing, kitting, organization, and delivery of amenities for every stay.
