Ipsos Names Trinh Tu as CEO for UK & Ireland

Paris, 7 September 2026, Ipsos has announced the appointment of Trinh Tu as the new Chief Executive Officer for its operations in the UK and Ireland. Tu will take over from Kelly Beaver, who will step down from the role. Tu will join Ipsos’s Executive Management Committee (EMC) and will report directly to Kelly Beaver during the transition period.

Trinh Tu brings extensive experience in building and leading businesses within Ipsos. With over 30 years of industry experience, she began her career as a researcher and has since held various senior positions. Most recently, she served as the Managing Director of Ipsos Public Affairs and a member of the UK Management Board. Throughout her career, Tu has demonstrated a strong track record in delivering commercial growth, developing innovative services, and leading businesses through significant market, organisational, and technological changes.

Prior to her current role, Tu held the position of Head of Business Growth for Public Affairs and Head of Employment, Welfare and Skills. She has also served as a board member and governance expert, currently serving as Vice Chair of UNHCR UK and chairing its Remuneration Committee.
