Investors in EquipmentShare.com face deadline to lead securities lawsuit

NEW YORK, Sept. 4, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- EquipmentShare.com Inc. investors who lost more than $100,000 in the company's stock are being given a critical opportunity to lead a securities class action lawsuit, according to a legal notice from Rosen Law Firm.

Rosen Law Firm, a global investor rights law firm, is reminding investors who purchased the company's Class A common stock through its initial public offering (IPO) in January 2026 or who acquired securities between January 23, 2026, and June 23, 2026, that the September 21, 2026, deadline for filing a lead plaintiff motion is approaching.

The lawsuit alleges that during the Class Period, defendants made materially false and misleading statements and failed to disclose material adverse facts about EquipmentShare's business, operations, and prospects. Specifically, the lawsuit claims that EquipmentShare engaged in undisclosed related party transactions and did not terminate or substantially reduce transactions with entities owned or controlled by the co-founders. As a result, the company's financial statements were deemed misleading, and the positive statements made about the business, operations, and prospects lacked a reasonable basis.

Rosen Law Firm is encouraging investors to select experienced counsel with a proven track record in leadership roles. The firm, which has achieved the largest ever securities class action settlement against a Chinese company, has been ranked as a top firm in securities class actions for several years. In 2019, the Rosen Law Firm secured over $438 million for investors, and in 2020, founding partner Laurence Rosen was named a Titan of Plaintiffs' Bar by law360.

It's important to note that no class has yet been certified. Investors are not represented by counsel unless they retain one. Investors may also choose to remain absent class members and take no action at this time.
