NEW YORK, Sept. 28, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Infrastructure Capital Advisors, LLC, a leading provider of investment management solutions for income-focused investors, has announced a series of distribution increases for its ETFs. The company has declared a distribution increase for the Infrastructure Capital Nasdaq Option Income ETF (QVOL), Infrastructure Capital Bond Income ETF (BNDS), Infrastructure Capital Small Cap Income ETF (SCAP), and Infrastructure Capital Equity Income ETF (ICAP).

For QVOL, the distribution has increased by $0.05 from $1.04 to $1.09 per share, payable on Wednesday, September 30, 2026. The ex-date and record date are both Tuesday, September 29, 2026. QVOL aims to target an annualized distribution rate range of between 12% and 15% through option premiums earned from selling call options and dividends received from its equity holdings. However, there is no assurance that the fund will achieve its target annualized distribution rate range, and actual distributions may vary based on market conditions.

SCAP has also seen a distribution increase by $0.005 from $0.25 to $0.255 per share, with the same distribution schedule as QVOL. The fund intends to deliver total return through a blended approach of capital appreciation and current income, focusing primarily on the securities of U.S.-listed small-cap companies, which are defined as companies with a market capitalization within the range of companies in the Russell 2000 Index.

ICAP has declared a distribution increase by $0.0025 from $0.34 to $0.3425 per share, with the same distribution schedule. The fund seeks total return by primarily investing in equity securities of companies with a strong track record of paying dividends during normal market conditions. The fund's portfolio of equities will generally be a diversified selection of securities, including a broad cross-section of sectors and sub-sectors such as REITs, Utilities, Industrials, pipelines, and financials.

BNDS has declared a distribution increase by $0.0025 from $0.34 to $0.3425 per share, with the same distribution schedule. The fund's strategy is to target high yield investments across fixed-income securities, predominately focusing on corporate bonds. Infrastructure Capital seeks positive security selection versus the benchmark by using a mix of quantitative and qualitative analysis with an emphasis on fixed-income securities that are believed to be undervalued when considering factors such as term premium, credit premium, liquidity premium, industry, sector, and market capitalization.

Infrastructure Capital Advisors, formed in 2012 and based in New York City, manages over $4 billion in assets as of September 28, 2026. The firm leverages its established investment process, including company-level fundamental modeling, valuation-driven price targets, and active volatility management, to deliver income-focused investment solutions to its clients.
