LONDON, Sept. 9, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Strategic communications and marketing agency IDX has significantly expanded its global reach and bolstered its management structure to support rapid growth. The firm, headquartered in London, has added over 20 employees since January, bringing its total headcount to more than 200. This expansion follows a strong first half of the year, during which the agency saw a 56% increase in revenue.

To manage this growth, IDX has appointed key leaders to support its operational and client success. Clare Donald has been named Chief Production Officer, Danny Russell as Chief Customer Officer, and Paul Knight as Senior Vice President of Customer Success. Additionally, the agency is on the verge of adding a Chief Creative Officer to its leadership team.

IDX has extended its geographic footprint into new markets, including Geneva, Chicago, Cincinnati, Lisbon, and Abu Dhabi in 2026. These new launches are part of a broader strategy to connect with global clients. The agency has also entered into strategic partnerships with major financial exchanges such as the Toronto Stock Exchange, Deutsche Börse, Vienna Stock Exchange, SIX, and Bahrain Bourse, ensuring that its teams are closely aligned with market developments.

To support its growing client base and enhance its data-driven capabilities, IDX has opened a Data & Insights Centre of Excellence in Geneva. This initiative reflects the agency's focus on driving data-led transformation and aligns with the vision of its new CEO, who has built a reputation for leveraging data to optimize business performance.

In addition to its new physical presence, IDX has introduced new technical tools and services. SchemaWrite, a proprietary tool designed to optimize digital content architecture for search and stakeholder communications, has been launched. Eclipse, an always-on branded backup site, ensures that client websites remain accessible at all times. As AI continues to play a central role in digital marketing, IDX has also started offering AEO audits to keep client websites visible in AI-driven search environments.

Crispin Beale, Worldwide CEO of IDX, commented, "Our new 'Customers First' strategy is resonating strongly with clients as we focus on using evidence to multiply the levers that drive their commercial performance. We are seeing increased demand from brands for integrated, data-led communications that directly impact performance. By continually enhancing our operational footprint, technical tools, and senior expertise, we ensure our clients have access to the deep insight and international scale required to drive their business forward across the globe."

The company has also received recognition for its performance and workplace culture. It was named Best Large Agency at the National Digital Awards and was recognized as one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work. These accolades reflect IDX's commitment to both business success and employee satisfaction.

IDX is now poised to expand its presence in the Middle East and add further European locations. The firm aims to hire an additional 250 employees globally, further solidifying its position as a leading strategic communications and marketing agency.
