Hypercharge Completes Acquisition of REVS Charging LLC

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Oct. 01, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Hypercharge Networks Corp., a leading provider of smart electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions, has completed its acquisition of 100% of the equity interests of REVS Charging LLC, a full-service electric vehicle charging company. This acquisition, announced in news releases dated September 11 and September 28, 2026, marks a significant expansion for Hypercharge, bolstering its presence in the multifamily, condominium, hospitality, and commercial property sectors.
In connection with the closing of the transaction, Hypercharge issued 18,000,000 common shares to REVS, subject to a six-month voluntary lockup period. The shares issued are subject to a statutory hold period of four months and one day from the date of issuance, in accordance with applicable securities laws. The TSX Venture Exchange has approved the issuance of these shares.
