Huayan Robotics to Showcase Intelligent Palletizing and Embodied AI Technologies at PACK EXPO

The event will feature Huayan Robotics’ intelligent palletizing workstation, designed to address the challenges faced by manufacturers in packaging, food and beverage, consumer goods, and warehouse operations. The workstation is equipped to handle high-throughput operations, with a reach of 2,200 mm and the capability to perform up to 13 cycles per minute. It supports pallet heights of up to 2.3 meters, making it suitable for demanding palletizing tasks. Integrated vision capabilities enable the system to identify pallet patterns and material information, facilitating automated palletizing and depalletizing. This ensures adaptable, stable output and cost-effectiveness as production requirements change.

Additionally, Huayan Robotics will present its 7-axis humanoid arms, part of the Echo/HY Series, which highlight the company’s work in the Embodied AI ecosystem. These arms feature full-joint force control, with a torque resolution of 0.02 N·m, a bandwidth of at least 100 Hz, and end-effector contact-force accuracy of 0.1 N. The arms are designed for open robotic ecosystems, supporting ROS 2 and providing open SDK access. The 7-axis configuration allows for flexible motion and obstacle avoidance in confined spaces, while a compact controller can operate up to four arms, simplifying integration into humanoid and other embodied robotic platforms.

Huayan Robotics will also display its independently developed motors and humanoid joint modules, which bring motion control, mechanical integration, and robotic-platform development into a connected technology portfolio. These components offer partners additional options when developing advanced robotic systems.
