GXO and Exotec Enhance Guess's Fashion Fulfillment in Netherlands

GXO Logistics and Exotec have partnered to enhance Guess’s fashion fulfillment operations in the Netherlands. The collaboration involves the deployment of Exotec’s Skypod® System at GXO’s Venlo facility, significantly boosting the company’s throughput capacity and operational efficiency.

The Skypod® System, which includes 127 robots, 60,000 rack locations, eight goods-to-person picking stations, and 200 meters of conveyor network, processes between 40,000 and 70,000 pieces per day. During peak periods, the system can handle up to 2,200 order lines per hour. This advanced automation solution is designed to meet the unique demands of fashion logistics, including high SKU counts, seasonal demand fluctuations, and evolving customer needs.
