She specializes in workplace matters such as employment practices, compliance, investigations, and labor disputes. Ian S. Marx, a shareholder in the Litigation Practice, is a finalist for the "Pro Bono Lawyer of the Year" award. Marx has been with Greenberg Traurig's New Jersey office since its opening over 20 years ago and represents industry-leading clients in their most challenging, business-critical disputes. He is also deeply committed to pro bono work, dedicating hundreds of hours to representing victims of domestic violence, human trafficking, political refugees, and wrongfully convicted and abused prisoners.
