ZHUHAI, China, Oct. 28, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Golden Bake, a division of EVERGROWING MACHINERY COMPANY LIMITED, showcased its latest advancements in biscuit automation at the 140th Canton Fair. The company presented its automatic silo and material-feeding system, which aims to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance productivity in the baking industry.
At the fair, Golden Bake displayed its biscuit machines and molds, alongside a 3D model that provided a comprehensive view of its automated ingredient handling system. This system integrates bag emptying, 30-mesh sifting, and dual-suction, negative-pressure dust extraction, capable of processing up to 50 kilograms of flour per minute. The dust extraction system is designed to meet the explosion-proof requirements of GB 50058-2014 and AQ 3009-2007, ensuring safe operations in flour handling.
In a 1,000 kg buffer hopper, dust is controlled through gravity separation and filtration, with intermittent agitation at the bottom to prevent bridging and blockages. This system is part of Golden Bake’s broader approach to factory automation, which includes intelligent silos, automated dosing, and conveying systems that work seamlessly with mixing, forming, and baking processes.
Precision in ingredient dosing is crucial for maintaining product quality and consistency. Golden Bake’s automatic dosing system, controlled by a PLC and an HMI touchscreen, ensures accurate weighing and discharge. The system can handle up to 1,000 kg of flour, with a weighing cycle of about three minutes and a tested tolerance of ±200 grams. This precision helps in managing mixed-flour recipes, where even small shifts in ratios can significantly impact dough strength and forming performance.
According to a 2025-26 industrial bakery capital spending survey by Baking Business, 59% of respondents cited improvements in quality, consistency, and precision as key investment objectives for 2026. Golden Bake’s focus on these areas aligns with industry trends, as 32% of the surveyed bakery enterprises are focusing on upgrades and retrofitting, while 22% plan to add new equipment or production lines.
Golden Bake was founded in 1999 by a team of machine engineers and food processing technologists. The company offers equipment for producing various types of biscuits, including cookies, soda crackers, Marie biscuits, and sandwich biscuits. With its own R&D center and manufacturing facilities, Golden Bake has installed over 3,500 production lines across more than 30 countries and regions.
