Global Staff Network, an Australian-owned outsourcing and recruitment company operating in the Philippines, has achieved Great Place To Work® CertificationTM for 2026-2027. The recognition follows the Great Place To Work® Trust IndexTM Employee Survey, which gathers confidential feedback directly from employees about their workplace experience.
According to the survey, 85% of Global Staff Network employees said the company is a great place to work, demonstrating strong levels of trust, engagement, and confidence across the organization. This high level of employee satisfaction highlights the company's commitment to creating a positive work environment.
Among the results of the survey, 92% of employees said management is approachable and easy to talk with. Additionally, 92% reported being treated fairly regardless of their background. The survey also found that 91% of employees believe management trusts them to do a good job without unnecessary supervision. Furthermore, 90% said they are treated as full members of the organization regardless of their position, and 88% are proud to tell others where they work.
For Global Staff Network, the certification reinforces an important part of its approach to outsourcing: creating an environment where employees feel valued and supported so they can build long-term, productive relationships with the businesses they serve.
Brett Brant, who spent 18 years operating a contracting business in Australia, emphasized the importance of employee-focused practices.
Global Staff Network helps established Australian companies build skilled, full-time offshore teams in the Philippines. The company supports businesses across industries including construction, accounting and finance, legal and conveyancing, and insurance, recruiting professionals who work Australian business hours and operate as an extension of each client's internal team.
The company was founded by Brett and Leanne Brant.
Great Place To Work® CertificationTM is based on feedback provided directly and confidentially by employees. Unlike recognition programs determined primarily by nominations or judging panels, Great Place To Work® evaluates workplace culture through employee experiences and requires participating organizations to meet established certification standards. Great Place To Work® is recognized internationally and works with organizations across more than 170 countries. Since 1992, the organization has gathered feedback from more than 100 million employees worldwide, focusing heavily on trust as a defining characteristic of high-performing workplaces.
For Global Staff Network, the 2026-2027 certification represents both recognition of its current workplace culture and an ongoing commitment to building an organization where employees can develop successful, long-term careers.
