Freight Flex, the Texas-based independent agent freight brokerage, has appointed Michael Grace as its Chief Compliance Officer. Grace, a seasoned professional with a career in risk management, fraud investigations, and compliance, brings significant expertise to Freight Flex. In his new role, Grace will oversee a single compliance organization responsible for carrier onboarding, cargo security, and fraud prevention. His responsibilities also include TSA compliance, claims management, and insurance oversight. Every carrier is thoroughly vetted for identity, authority, insurance, and performance history before being onboarded.
