Gotbetter, who brings nearly 30 years of experience across new-product commercialization, payer strategy, health economics, and real-world evidence, will lead Fingerpaint Market Access, The MYND Group, and BlackPoint Consulting Group. Gotbetter's most recent role was as the global head of evidence, value, and access at Cytel, and prior to that, he served as senior vice president at Parexel overseeing market access, health economics, and real-world evidence consulting across rare disease, gene therapy, and other innovative modalities. Earlier in his career, he led new-product commercialization at Biogen across CNS, oncology, and immunology, built the payer relations function at Boston Scientific, and served in strategy roles at BCG and Health Advances.

Gotbetter is a recognized thought leader, serving as the value and access editor for the DIA's Global Forum and TIRS journals and sitting on DIA's annual program committee. He is also faculty for BIO's Business Development program. He holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Public Administration from Cornell University, where he serves as executive in residence and adjunct faculty.
