The total purchase price for the program is capped at 1,000 million ISK.
As of the end of week 36, Festi has now accumulated a total of 2,050,213 own shares purchased for 635,682,039 ISK. This brings the total number of shares held by the company to 5,729,077, representing 1.83% of the issued share capital.
Prior to this latest purchase, Festi held 5,543,864 own shares, equivalent to 1.77% of the total issued share capital. The increase in the percentage of shares held by the company indicates that the buyback program is progressing as planned.
