CALGARY, Alberta, Sept. 29, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Esker Infrastructure Corp., formerly Cielo Waste Solutions Corp., has completed a significant rebranding initiative, marking a new chapter in its strategic transformation. The company has changed its name to Esker Infrastructure Corp., effective September 25, 2026, to better reflect its evolving role as a low-carbon energy infrastructure platform.

The name change is part of Esker's broader strategy to pivot from developing proprietary technology to originating, structuring, and financing infrastructure projects built on proven third-party technologies. This shift is underpinned by a renewed executive team and board, a risk-gated capital deployment framework, and a disciplined project development process designed to support sustainable, long-term growth.

The company's new trading symbols on the TSX Venture Exchange and OTCQB will be "ESKR" and "ESKRF," respectively, effective October 2, 2026. The company's common share purchase warrants issued in July 2022 and expiring in July 2027 will also begin trading under the new symbol "ESKR.WT" at the same date. The new CUSIP number for the common shares will be 29643A109, and the new ISIN will be CA29643A1093. The CUSIP number for the warrants will be 29643A117, and the ISIN will be CA29643A1176.

Esker's inaugural project, Project Nahoonai, is expected to be executed in several phases across multiple sites in British Columbia. The project is currently in a pre-final investment decision stage, subject to meeting the criteria required to structure a financeable project at each site.

The company's leadership believes that this transition will position Esker to capitalize on the growing demand for low-carbon energy solutions. Project Nahoonai, which is anchored by strategic feedstock partnerships with proven third-party technologies, is expected to play a pivotal role in Esker's project pipeline.

Esker's rebranding and strategic shift underscore its commitment to sustainable, long-term growth in the low-carbon energy sector. The company remains focused on developing a scalable pipeline of waste-to-fuels projects, with Project Nahoonai serving as a cornerstone of its future endeavors.

As the company embarks on this new phase, it is well-positioned to leverage its expertise and resources to drive innovation and sustainability in the energy infrastructure space.
