EIS Holdings Acquires ECI Expanding Florida Operations
EIS Holdings, a leading provider of mission-critical environmental and infrastructure services, has bolstered its Florida platform by acquiring Environmental Construction, LLC (ECI), a 25-year-old firm based in Tampa, Florida. This acquisition brings more than two decades of integrated demolition, abatement, and remediation expertise to EIS, significantly enhancing the company's local capabilities.
EIS, which operates from 35 offices across 39 states with over 1,000 employees, specializes in environmental consulting and compliance, surface and subsurface remediation, decontamination, abatement, and facility and infrastructure services nationwide. The addition of ECI strengthens EIS's Florida operations, enabling the company to offer expanded self-performing services to its growing client base.
