Danske Bank A/S has corrected the details of a recent share transaction, reducing the number and value of shares sold. According to the revised notification, 149,852 shares were sold for a total of DKK 54,494,866.35, down from the originally reported 199,852 shares sold for DKK 72,614,866.35.

The correction was made following the sale of shares as part of Danske Bank’s ongoing share buy-back program. APMH Invest A/S, which is responsible for selling the shares pro rata, issued the revised notification to the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority (Danish FSA) and Nasdaq Copenhagen, as required by the EU Market Abuse Regulation.

Stefan Kailay Wind, the Nordic Head of Media Relations at Danske Bank, stated, "We have issued a corrected notification to ensure transparency and accuracy in our financial disclosures."

The corrected information is crucial for stakeholders, investors, and regulatory bodies to maintain an accurate record of Danske Bank’s share transactions. The bank has provided templates for notifications and public disclosure of transactions by individuals discharging managerial responsibilities and those closely associated with them, for further reference.

These corrections are part of the bank’s ongoing efforts to maintain strict compliance with financial regulations and to provide transparent reporting to the market.
