Hong Kong, Oct. 22, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Click Holdings Limited, a leader in human resources and senior care solutions in Hong Kong, reported record-breaking financial results for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2026. The company's total revenue surged by 61.9% to HK$135.2 million, more than tripling from the HK$44.1 million reported for the year ended December 31, 2023. Every segment of the business set new revenue highs, with nursing services revenue increasing by 62.6% to HK$56.8 million, professional services revenue more than doubling to HK$36.0 million, and logistics services revenue growing by 35.5% to HK$42.4 million.
The company's gross profit reached a new high of HK$21.6 million, marking a 68.9% increase from the previous year. Gross margin improved to 16.0% from 15.3% for the year ended June 30, 2025. Operating expenses declined to HK$20.8 million from HK$21.3 million, with general and administrative expenses down to HK$19.2 million from HK$20.6 million. This reduction in expenses contributed to an operating income of HK$0.83 million, compared to an operating loss of HK$8.5 million in the prior year. Net income attributable to equity holders of the company reached HK$14.59 million (US$1.87 million), a significant improvement from a loss of HK$7.93 million for FY2025. Basic and diluted earnings per share stood at HK$1.88 (US$0.24), reversing the loss of HK$12.55 per share in the previous fiscal year.
Click Holdings attributed its success to the growth in its nursing segment, which now accounts for 42% of total revenue. The company reported 465,440 service hours, up from 322,211 in FY2025 and 110,871 in the year ended December 31, 2023. The logistics segment also saw a significant increase in service hours, reaching 476,644 from 354,806 and 206,519 in the earlier periods. The professional services segment experienced a substantial boost, with revenue more than doubling to HK$36.0 million, largely due to a significant acquisition.
Looking ahead, management is optimistic about the company's future, particularly in the areas of expanding its silver economy services, including a rehabilitation centre, premium private-case offerings, and geographical expansion into Mainland China and beyond. All three segments are expected to continue their upward trajectory, driven by a larger share of private-case work, selective mergers and acquisitions, and expansion into new markets.
In summary, Click Holdings' FY2026 results reflect a comprehensive turnaround, with every segment delivering record revenue and a significant improvement in profitability. The company's strong performance is expected to drive further growth in the coming fiscal year.
