Higher Vibe Solutions and the Coral Springs Rotary Club honored 150 first responders at a community appreciation luncheon on National First Responders Day. The event, which took place on October 28, aimed to recognize the dedication and service of police officers, detectives, firefighters, paramedics, EMS personnel, and 911 dispatchers.

The Coral Springs Rotary Club provided a hearty meal, including chicken dishes, rice and beans, mashed potatoes, salad, chips, salsa, and guacamole, along with two enormous three-foot subs from LaSpada's. Higher Vibe Solutions contributed cookies, cupcakes, and desserts. However, the true centerpiece of the gathering was the message of gratitude and support for those who put their lives on the line daily.

Cassi Eubank, the Founder and Executive Director of Higher Vibe Solutions, emphasized the importance of acknowledging the emotional resilience required of first responders.

The luncheon came at a poignant moment, as the Coral Springs Police Department had spent the morning honoring colleagues who had passed away. The afternoon gathering offered an uplifting opportunity for connection and appreciation. Monica Vargas, a member of the Coral Springs Police Department's community relations team, highlighted the significance of the event.

Higher Vibe Solutions, a South Florida 501(c)(3) nonprofit, has been dedicated to supporting first responders, veterans, and frontline medical professionals through active appreciation, accessible emotional resilience resources, and future restorative experiences. The organization's mission is personal for Eubank, who has a son who serves as a firefighter and works in emergency medical services.

The organization's "Cookies for Cops" movement has delivered more than 3,300 cookies to police stations and fire rescue houses. Monthly gatherings collect cookies for distribution, reminding frontline heroes that they are seen and valued. Higher Vibe Solutions is also developing a free, 24/7 online "emotional gym" offering accessible tools for first responders, veterans, and frontline medical professionals. The platform will include guided resets after demanding shifts, relaxation exercises, stress-management strategies, sleep support, mindfulness, and relationship resources. Designed for demanding schedules, the growing library will allow users to access practical resilience support wherever they are, without cost or complicated scheduling.

Eubank envisions a future where communities across America come together to celebrate their heroes, not just on designated holidays, but throughout the year. The October 28 luncheon represents one example of the organization's growing commitment to those who serve. While its appreciation efforts currently focus on South Florida, Higher Vibe Solutions aims to reach a national audience through the Resilience Treasure Chest and inspire other communities to make appreciation a regular practice.
