Company Approves Name Change and Share Consolidation

TORONTO, Sept. 29, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- On September 29, 2026, the annual meeting of shareholders for the company, known as the “Meeting,” was held. At this meeting, a total of 971,639,709 shares, representing 53.070% of the outstanding shares of the company, were represented. These shareholders approved all matters submitted to them for approval, as outlined in the company’s notice of meeting and management information circular dated August 18, 2026 (“MIC”).

At the “Meeting,” the shareholders voted on two significant resolutions. The first resolution was the approval of the name change, which was overwhelmingly supported. The second resolution was the approval of the share consolidation, another measure that was also supported by a majority of the shareholders.

The company, known as the “Company,” is focused on creating value through the exploration and sustainable development of gold projects in Quebec’s Abitibi region. The company holds a contiguous mineral property position totaling 598 square kilometers, which extends approximately 82 kilometers along the Detour-Fenelon gold trend. The Fenelon Gold Project is at the PEA stage, which stands for Preliminary Economic Assessment, indicating that the project is at a stage where detailed economic analysis is being conducted to determine its viability. The Martiniere Gold Project, on the other hand, is in the earlier exploration stage, suggesting that the company is still in the process of identifying and understanding the potential of the gold deposit.
