Hot Springs, Arkansas, Central Access Self Storage, a division of Absolute Storage Management, has introduced a new initiative to assist its local community with expenses related to everyday life changes. Starting this month, every new renter at the Central Access facility in Hot Springs will receive a prepaid gas card upon move-in, depending on the size of their storage unit.

For customers renting a 10x10 unit or larger, the card will contain $50, while those with smaller units will receive a $25 card. This gesture is part of the company’s ongoing commitment to being a local business that goes beyond just storing items. The gas card giveaway is designed to help residents manage the costs associated with moving, renovating, or downsizing their homes.

"Every customer who comes to us has often just gone through a significant life change that requires extra expenses," said Sondra, the facility manager at Central Access. "We wanted to do our part to ease some of the financial burdens they might face."

Central Access Self Storage is a part of Absolute Storage Management, one of the largest privately owned third-party self-storage management companies in the United States. Founded in 2002, Absolute manages self-storage facilities across the Southeastern and Midwestern regions. The new gas card initiative is just one of several steps the company is taking to establish a stronger connection with the local community.

According to Jasmin Allen, spokesperson for Absolute Storage Management, the company is committed to engaging with the community in meaningful ways. “We believe that by providing practical assistance to our customers, we can make a real difference in their lives,” she stated.

This initiative underscores the company’s dedication to supporting the community and aligns with its broader strategy of building strong, local relationships. With the new gas card giveaway, Central Access Self Storage aims to provide tangible assistance to its customers while reinforcing its commitment to the local area.
