Celebrities Gather for Eighth Annual Dance Party to End ALZ

LOS ANGELES, Sept. 1, 2026 — Celebrities and advocates will come together for the eighth annual Dance Party to End ALZ on Sunday, September 13, at AVALON Hollywood. Hosted by Hallmark stars Ashley Williams and Nikki DeLoach, the event aims to raise funds and awareness for Alzheimer's research.

The fundraiser, established by actress Kimberly Williams-Paisley in honor of her mother’s battle with Alzheimer's, has grown into a beloved annual event. Williams and DeLoach, both personal witnesses to the devastating effects of dementia, will lead an evening filled with live performances, auctions, and community-building activities.

This year’s theme, a Pajama Party, will be emceed by Jonathan Bennett and Melissa Peterman. The lineup of performers includes a mix of Hollywood stars and up-and-comers, such as Caleb Polaha, Eliza Pryor, Greg Laswell, Holly Robinson Peete, Karen David, Kayden Muller-Janssen, Lindsey Gort, Melinda Doolittle, Paul Greene, Riley Weston, Sarah Drew, and Tamera Mowry-Housley.

Guests are encouraged to dress in pajamas, slippers, and sleep masks, adding a whimsical yet purposeful touch to the evening. The event will feature fundraising activities and educational moments that highlight the urgent need for Alzheimer's and dementia research.

The event committee, led by Ashley Williams, Nikki DeLoach, Annie Howell, and Shaina Julian, is working to build on the momentum of previous years. Since its inception, Dance Party to End ALZ has raised over $2 million, significantly advancing scientific breakthroughs and providing critical support to families facing Alzheimer's and dementia.
