Brookfield Corporation has announced its plans to redeem all of its Class A Preference Shares, Series 51 and Series 52, effective November 1, 2026. The redemption will take place at cash prices of $22.44 per Series 51 Share and $22.00 per Series 52 Share, inclusive of any accrued but unpaid dividends up to, but not including, the redemption date.

According to the release, holders of Series 52 Shares as of October 15, 2026, will also receive a final quarterly dividend of $0.151250 per share, payable on October 30, 2026. The redemption process is designed to finalize the outstanding obligations to the shareholders of these preference shares.
